Builders Automation Machinery, model 1296/TS pre-hung door assembly table, allows for accurate and efficient fastening of the door frame header to the strike and hinge jambs. For doors 6′-8″ to 8′-0″ tall, 1 3/8″ or 1 3/4″ thickness. Touch screen controls for quick change of staple patterns. Machine automatically clamps the door and fires the appropriate tools to endure safe operation (one tool per corner). Automatic or variable firing of up to four staples at each joint. Left-hand or right-hand doors can be loaded onto table without the need to rotate the door. The frame header can be inserted from either the right or left side of the machine. Table lift mechanism lifts the completed door for easy removal and transfer. Rugged leg pushers to drive hinge/strike jamb into the header for quality fit. Clamps and squares door to jambs. Includes OEM standard one-year warranty.
Options include: additional tool mounts for shipping-prep fasteners, tool mounts for split jambs that includes dual push cylinders and parts kit for user-replaceable parts.
