Joe is the fifth-generation associated in wood frame construction, and has years of experience in wood component machinery, specializing in the application of new manufacturing technology. As President he responsible for the management of the company and developing new opportunities to bring to the industry. In addition Joe serves as a Supplier Member of the SBCA Emerging Leaders Committee.. He resides just north of Indianapolis in Carmel, IN with his wife Nikki. They enjoy spending time with family & friends, travel, outdoor fitness, and raising their sons Noah, Ryan, and Jack.
