Jay started in the industry building wall panels at Imperial Components in 1972 as a summer job. Jay has worked in industry related sales since 1988 when he co-founded the company with his father, Bob. As President of the company he is responsible for management and administrative functions; he is also one of three sales reps. Jay resides in Muncie, IN with his wife Cathy, and they enjoy family time with their children, spouses, and five grandsons. A bit of a road-racing fan, he continues to amaze those around him with an almost clean driving record.
