Model 55000 Framing Station frames walls from 4′-6″ to 12′-3″ and lengths up to 16′ utilizing 2×4 through 2×10 material. Features include a squaring edge, color-coded stud locators, adjustable vertical plate supports, pop-up rollers with footswitch activation, and push-button controls for remote operation of pop-up conveyor and motorized clamping and wall heightadjustment. System includes tool carriages with (4) Paslode F350S PowerMaster Plus, long-stick nailers attached to each side of the framing table. This semi-automated system fastens the top and bottom plate studs and subcomponents with the press of a fire button. The indexing tool carriages offer precise fastener placement taking the tools out of the operators’ hands. Also includes two pairs of 15′ skate-wheel, infeed/outfeed conveyors, Panel Lift (no hoist), and P+ Handle-Bar Router Features a built-in air-reserve tank. 120 PSI dry air required. 120v / 1Ph / 60Hz / 13.5 Amp electrical required.
