Panels Plus squaring station designed to efficiently adjust the wall panel square, prior to application of the sheathing, for panel heights of 4′-0″ to 12′-3″, up to 16 foot long panels. The panel is rolled into the station where the operator clamps the station after pulling the panel up against the end stops. The station is a walk-through design with a fixed and moveable side, controlled by foot pedals or push buttons. Includes skatewheel ejectors for lifting the panel off of the frame for transport to the next station. Station height is 33″. 120 volt, 1 phase, 15 Amp electrical required.
