Builders Automation Machinery (BAM) model CNC/MFSR stair router. Five-axis, servo-driven machine does contemporary, box and open stairs, angled risers, with staircase angles from 19.6 to 45 degrees, 5 to 8 inch riser, 8 to 14 inch tread (dimension larger or smaller then this can be cut if requested), riser kickback from 0 to 2 inches (90 to 68.2 degrees), and is the only machine available that also cuts the top and bottom landing angles. Accepts stringers simultaneously for a total 3 1/2″ maximum thickness, 7 3/4″ to 16″ nominal widths. Touch-screen programmable by simply entering the dimensions e.g. tread, riser, and for more advanced parts programing, G Code is available. Equipped with two, high-frequency routers with 1/2″ or 5/8″ shanks, variable frequency drive, 7.5 horsepower, 3 phase motors. Two fixed and two adjustable cylinder clamps, for over 3,000 lbs of clamping force. Comes with a one year warranty. Weight 3,500 lbs approximately.
